WHAT ARE PACAPOINTS?

Paca Points were earned by purchasing Inkari alpacas. Each time you purchased an alpaca from our website, you’d receive a certain amount of Paca Points. Our loyalty program will retire on the 31st of October 2024.

UNTIL WHEN CAN I REDEEM MY PACA POINTS?

Paca Points will retire on the 31st of October 2024. You are able to share your Collector Card + Paca Points with us until this date. Follow the steps down below to successfully redeem your Paca Points and receive your unique discount code.

When you have got Paca Points, until October 31st 2024, there are a few steps to take to claim your discount. Follow these for a quick processing of your price.

1. Grab a permanent marker and write down (in huge letters) your name and the date across your Collector Card. Make sure to really strike through all Paca Points

2. Send a picture of your marked Collector Card to our Alpaca Experts at support@inkari-alpaca.com with the subject ''I like to claim my Paca Points Discount”. In this email let us know which size (Mini or Small) and color (Naturals, Rainbow, Barista, Monsterfluff) you’d like to use the discount for!

3. Receive your personal discount coupon

4. Claim your fluffy reward before the 31st of January 2025!

PLAYING RULES

To make sure alpaca fans from all over the world can enjoy and collect PacaPoints, there are a few rules we all have to follow:

Paca Points were only given out for alpacas purchased at our site.

Alpacas that are part of bundles and are free, or bought at official reseller stores did not receive PacaPoints.

The discount is available for a Mini OR Small alpaca from one of the following collections:
Naturals - Barista - Rainbow - Monsterfluff

1 to 3 Paca Points earns you a 10% discount on your next Mini or Small alpaca.
4 to 5 Paca Points earns you a 25% discount on your next Mini or Small alpaca.
6 Paca Points earns you a 30% discount on your next Mini or Small alpaca.
7 or more Paca Points earns you a 50% discount on your next Mini or Small alpaca.

You are able to redeem your Paca Points until the 31st of October 2024 - messages received after this deadline are deemed invalid.

Discounts are active for 3 months until the 31st of January, 2025
