WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
We always strive to make your experience with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If this is not the case, we accept returns and or exchanges within 14 days after arrival of your order. Products should be clean, unused, and undamaged to apply for the full refund.

Alpaca fans from outside the EU should follow steps A to C. Please ship your INKARI articles only after having established contact with the Inkari Customer Service
Shipping costs that occur when returning the product to us are at own expense. Product returns or exchanges need to be sent within 14 days after its arrival.
Faulty products are replaced or a fitting solution is offered by INKARI.
A. Send an email to support@inkari-alpaca.com and state your order number, full name, and reason for return. After confirmation, add this information to the package and send the product return with sufficient postage to the following address:

US Customers are advised to send the parcel using the appropriate USPS shipping method. When returning products to an address other than the one listed above, without a packing slip or having contacted us first, we will have to charge a restocking fee. Unfortunately, INKARI can’t be responsible for goods that somehow get lost on their way back to us or receive extra import charges.
Remember, products must be in a new and unused/unworn condition in the original packaging with original labeling. Ultimately, we reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the goods are deemed to have been used neglectfully or damaged.
B. Request a proof of shipment with active Track & Trace-code. This allows for both parties to track the shipment online. When problems with shipping occur, contact your local postal carrier service and INKARI Support.
C. Upon receiving the return package in good order and passing our quality control check, Inkari Alpaca reimburses your total purchase price of goods returned. Allow for at least two weeks to process your return.
International orders
INKARI does not cover any import taxes, duties and fees for orders outside the Netherlands. Check with your local authorities when you are unsure about shipping questions. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs fees, taxes or other costs that arise from returning the product to us.
Exchanges
When exchanging your alpaca product for a different size, color, or something completely different all together, we’ll cover for the shipping back to your address on the new order. Costs that arise from returning the product to us are the customer’s responsibility. Contact the Customer Service at support@inkari-alpaca.com or our various social media platforms for help regarding exchanges!
Warranty
Inkari offers a 1-year warranty from the moment of purchase. When an item breaks down, please get in touch with support@inkari-alpaca.com with your proof of payment (incl. date) and photos for a smooth handling process. A fitting solution will be offered by our Alpaca Support Team.
Extensive water damage or improper handling of the products (eg. dogs deciding they like your alpaca toy better than you ;) ) do not fall under our warranty policy.
