Welcome to the VIP Quick Pick Event! Please read carefully — participation means agreement with the following rules:

1. How to Participate

• Daily, we post grid images of available alpacas with unique codes.
• Comment the alpaca code you want. Example: A26-004.
• Each participant may select 1 alpaca per day.

2. Winning & Orders

• First valid comment wins (timestamp determines priority).
• After commenting, the winner will receive a private order link via Messenger.
• You have 12 hours to complete payment.
• Orders are final once payment is submitted.
  

3. Shipping

• Packages are shipped after the entire event concludes.
• Packages will be consolidated where possible, and any overpayment will be refunded in February.
  

4. Duplicate & Conflict Resolution

• Multiple comments from the same participant: only the first counts.
• If two participants select the same alpaca, the first timestamp wins.
• All decisions are final and recorded for transparency.

5. Payment & Refunds

• Payment must be completed within 12 hours of receiving your order link.
• Refunds are only allowed for faulty products or incorrect products shipped.

6. Restrictions

• No special photo requests or individual image selections; only posted grid images are used.
• Only the codes from the post images are valid.
• Commenting on FB posts = agreement to follow these rules.
  

7. Timing & Global Participation

• Daily Quick Pick windows rotate to accommodate global members.
• Check each post for the Central America (Texas) and Netherlands times.
  

8. Fairness & Final Decisions

• Inkari’s team decision is final in all disputes.
• We enforce 1 alpaca per person per day to maximize fairness.
• Bonus days may be added if stock remains, announced separately.
